Pizza has an inconsistent flavor. I order the same thing everytime yet they sometimes make it well and sometimes don't.
The worst pizza I ever itz do idk ,no sauce and I do order 3 -4 toppings maked.
By far the worst experience I have ever had. I kept checking the website because my food was taking a while. It kept saying my food was being prepared. I then got two calls from a random number so I didn't pick up. I checked the voicemail and the woman said no one answered the door. We were in the living room the whole time with the dogs and never heard anything. When I tried to call the store the line just kept ringing. Finally I got ahold of someone and they placed me on hold without waiting for me to respond. Had to call four more times just to get through to a person. Asked to speak to a manager who seemed very annoyed by me. She was rude and seemed very impatient with me. The delivery driver had an attitude so I asked for a different driver and was told that if I needed a different driver I may be able to have my pizza delivered. I then asked the lady manager how long my food had been sitting out. My intention was to guage whether or not it would make more sense for my husband to just go pick it up. She cut me off saying she would remake and refund my money. I tried to interject that I didnt ask for a refund or a remake but all I heard was a click. She hung up on me. When I called back the assitant manager told me that she hung up on me because she was "busy" and didnt want to get "too backed up". Surely there are other ways to let someone know you need to get off the phone. The only good thing about my experience was that Kyran (not sure on spelling) was kind and worked to resolve my issues. I will not be choosing this location anymore. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
I had stopped ordering pizza from them for a while figured I would five them a try again never again I would rather go pick up pizza from Papa johns in town then give this place my money ever again !!!!!!!! Hope no one else goes thru this with this place but I am done with them
AVOID! AVOID! AVOD! Seriously, avoid! This is the 2nd horrible experience with Dominos in Stanardsville. They are the worse business ever. They attemp a call after a additional 15-20 min later to tell me order was just started even though app said it was completed after 20min so 45min I have been waiting only for them to not have even started my order. And the only excuse was that they were busy. I canceled my order and will file a case if I do not get my money back in 3 business days.
Worst place ever I placed my order watch the app it said they was leaving with my order then I get a phone call from I am assuming its the driver that proceeds to tell me that they are backed up and he will call me when they are leaving the restaurant with my order . So if they are so backed up why did they male my pizza amd let it sit around forever then bring it to me I only live less then 2 miles from the store!
