I wish the Daily Progress would pick up my story. Losing custody of 2 children to a man that was investigated by Social Services and they found the abuse and made him sign a 3 year paper. He hooked up with a Shifflett and Judge Berry is friends with the Shifflett's...papers were not filed properly. GAL's were giving advice. No reason why I should have lost to an mental and abusive person.
As most know by now, judges and attorneys can be very crooked people. It is not about what's right, it is about who you know and how much money you have. Politics! It's a game in this court and courts that Judge Berry sits in.
Easy to get concealed weapons permit if your a greene county resident since its only 15 fee!
The courts and Judge Berry should be ashamed for putting children in harms way to benefit their pocket.
This court appointed Amy Harper as my childrens GAL... And yet when I researched her during the time she was appointed ..she had been fired from a prosecuting attorney's position for causing a 3 car accident while driving under the influence. So, here this woman obviously could not make good choices for herself but she recommended bad choices for my children as well. Be careful...the outcome of your fate is decided before trial.
