Consistently late, rude, and unpleasant. I called for a 4 o'clock ride into Charlottesville at 3:20 and they didn't pick me up until 4:30. This isn't the first time it's happened either; they've previously forgotten I've scheduled pickups, have caused me to be late to work multiple times, and attempted to double charge me for a vehicle change that they required I take. If I could give a negative review, I would, without a doubt. Worst transit service ever.

For the last couple of weeks, I have been paying the transit to bring my 4 children home from school twice a week because the bus stop is over a mile from my house. Today, I received a text from my 14 year old son telling me that he didn't see his siblings. One of the transit vehicles was still there but not the one his siblings were on. I called the transit office and they told me that my son didn't show up in time. They couldn't wait any longer so they left. I'm not sure how long they waited for him but there was another transit vehicle still waiting there. I work 45 minutes from the school. They left my child with no way to get home and they were nonchalant about having left him. They do not seem concerned about the safety of my children. If my child was getting to the transit late, they should have informed me. They didn't even offer to go back for him after dropping the other children off. Also, I told them I would come by for my $2.50 back and they told me they do not give refunds for no shows. Unbelievable. Another example of their lack of concern for safety: The first time they brought my children home, they sat my 37 pound child in the front seat of a minivan while his older siblings sat in the back. Anyone running a transit company should know better. I will no longer be using their services.
